We do accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges within 1 week of your delivery. All original art work sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the tracking number. If you have any issues with tracking, please email us at studio@jasonguo.com.
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2 weeks for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.
We ship all orders via FEDEX, USPS, or International carriers.

We do not accept payments by check. We do accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or any major payment gateway.
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

All packaging is just a protection against damage. We do purchase package protection for all our orders.
